Activity Level: High
Considerable walking and/or numerous steps involved, possibly on uneven surfaces. No elevators are present at destination. This tour may be challenging for persons with mobility restrictions to fully participate in the tour experience. 

PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION REQUIRED: All travelers on a DayTripper Tours excursion are required to show proof of full vaccination with the final dose having been administered at least 14 days prior to the tour date, regardless of age, and we are unable to accept children under the age of 12 due to vaccine ineligibility. A negative COVID test will not be accepted in lieu of vaccination proof. Additionally, all travelers must carry a government-issued photo ID (or school ID for ages 12-18). Please be aware that masks may also be required for all individuals at certain establishments visited on this tour regardless of vaccination status. The booking client on a reservation is responsible for ensuring all travelers in their party will be able to comply with this mandate before booking the reservation. Guests who are unable to show proof of vaccination will be denied boarding, and the tour fare will be nonrefundable - no exceptions.

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT – If you are concerned about needing to cancel your reservation or becoming ill during the tour, you can book your reservation with peace of mind. Travel insurance allows you to cancel your reservation for a variety of covered reasons and will help cover your expenses should you become ill during the tours. Please note: your policy must be purchased before the date you submit your final payment for the tour in order for any preexisting conditions to be included as a covered reason. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGE FEES:  A deposit of $150 per person is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure. Unless otherwise instructed, your original credit card will be billed for the final balance.

For this trip you may cancel your reservation 45 or more days prior to the tour’s departure date to receive a refund, less a $100 per person processing fee. Alternatively, you can avoid cancellation fees by moving your funds to another tour, or we can issue a voucher for the full amount of your payment for use on any future motor coach excursion. Passenger name changes, deviations, or other changes made by the passenger after the final payment deadline has passed will be assessed a $50 per person change fee plus any fees incurred by the service providers. No refunds, transfers or credits will be issued for any reason on reservations canceled after the cancellation deadline. Reservations made after the cancellation deadline has passed must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made and are non-refundable and non-transferable at that time. No refunds for failure to board the bus at the assigned time and place. Guests who choose to depart from a tour in progress, or who are denied re-boarding for violating safety protocols, are responsible for their own safety, transportation, and any expenses incurred. Unused portions of a tour are non-refundable. If DayTripper Tours cancels a tour, you are entitled to a full refund without penalty. Please allow 14 days for check and credit card refunds.
